Mount Talol is an active volcano in the national park, a two-hour drive to the east of Port Storm.
Ancient trees grow on the slopes and there are wildflower meadows. The glaciers on the volcano form three major rivers.
Ember frequently goes to the park to photograph sunrises and has spotted wolves there – one of whom was Mjesec, who turned into a woman, thus introducing Ember to the Other World.
